A bit off topic. I was on Trulicity for nearly 3 years. It helped me to lose and keep off about 10% of my body weight. More importantly, it did help me develop the habit of eating smaller pirtions and eating less frequently. I've been off Trulicity for almost 3 months now and finding that I still eat only twice a day and smaller portions. Around the same time as I stopped Trulicity, I moved onto a low-carb way of eating, and the weight continued to go down for a while afterwards at a good rate. I have to work a bit harder at it these days, but I'm not restricting my calories or amount of food apart for going low on carbs and avoiding as much processed food as I can. It's too early to say if this will last longer term, but so far, so good.
