ozempic help on side effects do they go away

Hi over the last year my hba1 has been rising (I did notice increased more when put on cholesterol medication ezetimibe and atorvastatin but my endo keeps telling me that this should not happen) anyway so was put on 500 Metformin XR to trail but it gave me sever bloating and gas/farting and affected my Crohns colitis. reluctantly I am now trying Ozempic My Endo has started me on very low dose 0.125mg 4 weeks and was still on Diamicron (gliclazide) but my blood sugar went up higher than what I am used to and was staying high between 8mmol/L to 20mmol/L its been horrible. I have just up my dose to 0.25mg and noticed my BSL slight improvement but still tad higher than normal I am also getting sever bloating more gas and muscle pain all over my body and hiccupping and heart burn I have read this happens when you up your dose on Ozempic. So I guess I am wondering if anyone on Ozempic suffered from these side effects and if they go away eventually or any suggestions to do whilst taking ozempic to help prevent these horrid side affects. I mean how can medication that is supposed to help you can make you so sick with all these side effects
