Packed lunches!!

Hi all,

I'm newly diagnosed T2, and a keen angler!

Looking for some suggestions for packed lunches (or meals that can be cooked quickly on a camping stove) to replace my pre-diagnosis fare of a stack of white bread sandwiches and a pack of sausage rolls

If you want a cold dish that's easy to bring and eat: Think favourite pasta salad ingredients and then exchange most of the pasta for beans.
If you have access to a grill prepare a tinfoil package stuffed with salmon and veggies, fresh herbs, lemon, butter/oil, salt & pepper (if you do want some carbs you can put a sliced potato in there as well). Takes about 15 minutes.
