Pain after injecting

Over the last three days I have been doing my fast acting insulin and after 20/30 minutes of injecting I get excruciating pain in the left side of my stomach has anybody else ever experienced this ?

Could really do with some insight to this as been diabetic for 35 year and never experienced this before

If the pain is in a different spot than where you inject I'd think it was unrelated.
But I assume you inject your fast acting because you're about to eat something. Could the pain be related to the eating?
I'd see your GP about it.
