I developed shoulder/arm pain last weekend and it's gradually gotten worse. So bad that I'm in tears at times. I will try to get an emergency GP app next week but in the meantime the pain is raising my bg by a good few points continously. Should I keep correcting or increase my basal? I'm taking ibuprofen and paracetamol but it's not touching the pain.

Personally I'd increase my basal. Although if you do, don't ramp it up too much in case of hypos. Do you inject your basal once per day?
