Pain in both hands

Hya the drs think i have diabetic neuropathy im my hands the pain is so so bad im on gabapentin for pain but the cold makes it so much worse even to touch my hands gentle hurts so much does anyone suffer with this or have any advice thank you

Hi - I have neuropathy in my feet, as opposed to my hands and I'm on gabapentin as well. If my feet hurt more I just up my pills (i do have my drs permission to!) So maybe you've just been started at a low dose and need to have it raised.
