Type 1 Pain In hands and feet

Hi I've been diabetic for 16 years , recently been getting pain in the tops of my feet and in my wrists , anyone else had this? Hoping it's not sign of nerve damage :(

Hello I have the same problem. I get numb fingers quite frequently :/ I'm hoping that it's not nerve damage either.
