pain.......

hi new to the site so please bear with me. I have a few questions one in particular to my fellow females.
was diagnosed in December during a pre op examination to which it has now been postponed. for the past week ive been having sever stomach pain, I know my period is due but the pain is worse than ever so much so its in my back especially when I sit, I tried to ask my diabetic consultant but she dodged the question. background is had pains for 3 years before diagnosed with ibs was given tramadol mebeverine and peppermint capsules but nothing this week is shifting the pain.. is it just period cramp or something more. hubby has banned me from google looking up stuff......

I'm sorry, but none of us can say. We simply can't possibly guess what the problem is, from the written word.

My best suggestion is to get to see someone like your doc or nurse and have a proper conversation with them. I realise this isn't what you want to hear, but your doc would be in a much better situation, with your full medical history and a knowledge of your prescriptions, any interactions, etc. etc.
