Basically eat sensibly. Don't overload your plate with meat, make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.I don't think you need to worry, but I'm a random person off the internet, so if you are worried go to your GP. Another blood test, preferably taken at a different time of day (yes the eGFR is that variable!), should indicate if there is a concern.</blockquote>
