Does anyone here who is very LC celebrate Pesach? What do you do for food? I'm struggling with it this year, my first LCHF. Not sure how to do it without matzo, charoset, or macaroons! (Well, I could go without the macaroons, but I'm not sure how to make it feel like Passover without matzo.)
How about using a rye flour, mixed with steel cut oats for passover?
I've found they have a much better effect on blood sugar, but are higher carb admittedly.
And Google says you can make yourself somelow carb macaroonstoo - which was actually going to be my project for tomorrow - but not for Passover though...
In general you should be able to find many low carb alternative options if you search through our own low carb recipes thread, or go Googling. So always give these options a try!
