It's not anything like pasta, it's pretty disgusting, very pappy in the mouth, it's made from the same stuff as the zero or water noodles, I have to say I don't mind these at all and use these in stir fries or as spaghetti but the "pasta" and "rice" versions are pretty yucky!
Some like them though - it's all personal taste, you could give them a go seeing they are on offer
