My only comment would be that you had achieved marvellous things before you gave up smoking, and started nibbling. Whether you end up having to accept insulin at some point along the way? Only time will tell, but maybe in the meantime, it would be helpful to tackle the nibbling and carb content of the nibbles.
How's that going at the moment? Are you able to find any less carby nibbles you can indulge yourself in, rather than the choccies and cakes that seem to have fallen onto your plate in recent times?
