That's probably more tiring!

We're in London for the weekend, I'm hoping for some big hitters

Sounds like a possibility Hale. Anything exciting planned?

nice job

Maybe I was a bit, although I prefer to think of it as using the exposure as motivation!

My final count for the day was

This is my personal best by a long way.

I had to do three separate walking sessions to achieve it for a combined distance of about 18km at an average pace of about 10 minutes per kilometer.

I stress the word walk rather than run. If I had to run like you do Andy, my count would have stopped at about 100

So far walked to and from the chemist to get some strips, to and from the lab to get HbA1c tested, and taken a walk round town to get some lunch with a detour to the florists to send some roses to the wife. Seventy euro for twenty roses! St Valentine should be the patron saint of florists not lovers!

Amazing to see how the numbers build up when you leave the car parked in the garage!

Roses have finally arrived, five hours after I ordered them and well after my wife was convinced she was not getting anything this year.

At least it got me a kiss, (a bloody expensive one mind)

P.S. I know they are supposed to be red , but I like to be a little bit unconventional

They're beautiful! Your wife is lucky.

I'm currently alone in a hotel on London because my boyfriends flight was cancelled
