I just RAN a whole 30 minutes without stopping on the treadmill. You have no idea how thrilled I am about this.

Ok well maybe Andy does ;)

Feel free to congratulate me any time. I'm ready to bask in your awe and admiration :)

(Granted it was a slow run and I only travelled 3.75km. But that's besides the point)
