Thanks for the heads up regarding the pedometer... my sister and I are doing the beach walk daily and always try to hit at least 5 miles. She has an app on her phone but when I am alone I just aim to hit a certain spot on the beach then I know I have roughly hit it. We do this daily and are appreciating our better fitness levels and our new sizes in clothes. The dogs love it too

Anybody known we take the steps atleast 10,000 per day.. But the matter is 10,000 steps for keep healthy. 12,000 - 15,000 steps for weight loss. And i know this is definitely possible with the use of pedometers.. Cheers a lot and take a steps also lot..
