Crisis time! My period is soon, obviously, as I feel like eating whole day. And the worst is that I'm craving mostly sweets. Fruit, unfortunately, isn't satisfying enough.
I know I should put a limit to it and I feel guilty but it's just impossible. And periods are the time when it feels so difficult to be a Type-1 diabetic.
So, how do other female fellows get over it and what do you do?
