Peripheral Neuropathy Any Suggestions

hey there everyone

i have just recently be diagnosed with neuropathy in my hands and feet and just wandered if anyone has any advice tips or experiences on this condition ??

Hi @kimmykib, welcome to the forum as someone who has been there done that ,may I suggest you get a copy of Dr Richard Bernstein’s “Diabetes Solution”this man has helped so many of us to achieve good blood sugar levels which of course leads to reversal of neuropathy damage,Clive

Started this one recently on behalf of my father in law. I'd also researched earlier threads which produced the recommendation to read The Antioxidant Miracle by Les Parker.
In principle you need to get better blood sugar control plus try some of the supplements. Good luck!
