If you regularly eat processed foods, you're likely eating a lot of omega 6 rich seed oils that are damaging and need to be removed from your diet - (corn, canola, cottonseed, soy, saffola, sunflower, peanut). 600 mg Alpha lipoic acid is the MOST helpful when taken with a B-complex. R-alpha lipoic acid is the best form. You need to find the best quality B-complex available in your country. But here's the problem. If you have the methylation problem referred to as MTHFR, you'll need to take B vitamins that are in a pre-activated form.</p><p></p><p>I 'm so sorry you're going through this.
