I see that you had lost your hypo awareness, has your consultant advised you raise your bg targets to see if this will kick start your hypo awearness...
You need to speak with your DN, as it might be advisable if you've raised your target BG's to kick start hypo awareness, then to maintain these targets for a little longer, so the hypo warning really gets established, and then with your DN/Consultants guidence, lower your targets over a period of time to maintain the hypo warnings..
As to revert too quickly may mean that you lose your hypo awareness again, if at these levels, try treating the hypo, but use a very small ,amount of fast acting carbs say if you usually use 15g then use 5gs instead, this will help to fool the body that the hypo has been treated, but avoid putting your BG up to far.. This will help to maintain your hypo awareness, as you start to lower you target range for control, this will help to reline hypo warnings to were they should be, around the <4.5 mmol/m mark
I've just seen this your other post

When treating the phantom hypo, treat very sparingly..
