I've just watched the wonderful Dr David Unwin - @Southport GP - speaking about the LC way of living. One really standout phrase he said, right at the end, in answer to the queries for already slim patients was "Eat carbs to your blood glucose meter, and fats to your bathroom scales".

Unashamedly, I'll steal that!
