Pineapple is very sweet and one "ring", I think is about 10g carbohydrate. Personally I would rather have a medium apple at 15g carbs or 100g of strawberries at 6g carbs.You won't know how your body reacts to different fruits unless you're testing your blood sugar. One person can eat a certain fruit with no sharp rise in blood sugar whereas someone else could have a sharp rise after eating the same fruit.</blockquote>
