pins and needles

can anyone help me i get woken up at night with sever burning in my hands and pins and needles i have to keep shaking my hands for while till it goes off. sometimes in one hand other times both hands.
 
Dear Leveya,
I also get this problem and posted on this forum a short while ago. Some more experienced people than me said it can be linked to a high blood sugar and also to neuropathy. Some people also advised I should speak to Dr just to check things out. Not telling you what to do it's just what was advised to me.

Iv Found out What was causing the pins and needles I have Carple tunnel syndrum. Im wating to have surgery on my hands.
