All nuts are pretty safe. They have a few carbs, but also lots of fats to fill up on, and a decent amount of protein....are they ok to have as a type2 please?

20g of shelled nuts (about 25-30) have 112 calories and 3.4g of carbs so not too bad as a snack....are they ok to have as a type2 please?
