Hi sorry once again for asking the same question regarding ketosis but I'm not fully understanding what's happening with my ketone readings. Yesterday my readings were 0.7 at 7.30am and rose to 2.2 at 6pm after an hours running. Today they've stayed at 0.7 all day? My levels only seem to go into optimal ketosis after exercise. I've cut my protein intake from 120g to 90g per day. I'm trying my hardest to stay in optimal ketosis but seem to be in and out all of the time but read everywhere on the Web that people stay in optimal ketosis for months on end. What am I doing wrong? I'm not sure if I'm best being in and out or trying to be in ketosis permanently. Can anybody help/explain please
