Hi there, thank you so much for the reply. What does it mean if your blood is high within the first 20 mins? Or does that happen to everyone, not just diabetics? Thanks again.Hi
If you test your blood before eating make a note of result, then re test 2 hours after the first test, if your bloods are under 8 then its nothing to worry about, if they are over 10 then you may have Type 2, there's not much point in testing within the 2 hour window

Hi Pink Blossom, Thanks again for your reply. That is a relief to know, thanks for posting it.
The odd part is, whenever I eat sugar, I am knocked out for at least a day or two and feel so fatigued for several days. Also, potatoes and fries knock me out sleepy for over 24 hours. I tested my thyroid so many times. Also, this just started happening lately and certain foods. I do not really eat fruits and veggies. I usually get stomach pain (indigestion) when I eat veggies and some fruits. I tried having some wheat grass today to help my blood sugar levels and my stomach hurt so bad.
Fatigue has many causes, so without Drs tests and investigations you won't know for sure.
Follow the advice for testing bg's as has been given here.
Keep at your dr for answers, don't allow them to fob you off with glib answers. Something is causing the fatigue.
Hope you get some answers soon.
Is this a recent thing? I also wondr if weight nis an issue? Hope that doesn't appear rude, I'm just thinking that often PCOS and weight are linked and your diet sounds pretty restricted if you don't eat fruit and vegetables - very carby food can make anyone tired! What kind of things do you eat for meals? If you are pre-diabetic, it would certainly make sense to cut down on your carbs as much as possible.
