Please help me find a cold breakfast

I go with the yoghurt and frozen berries, sometimes with an added spoonful of peanut butter or a handful of nuts. If I'm feeling decadent, I leave out the berries and add a teaspoonful of cocoa powder instead
 
I often mix half a pot of cottage cheese (125g) with ground seeds (chia and linseed) and then top with whatever nuts and seeds I have e.g. walnuts, sunflower, pumpkin, etc. Minimal effort (if you’ve previously ground the seeds.)

Approx 5g carbs, but 20g protein.
