Please help me understand: sugar isn't "poison" for T2D

Too little is not enough, enough is fine, too much is not good. But how much is enough?. For me, very little because of my initial insulin response. And too much insulin is worse!</p><p></p><p>I have had to discover how my body works. And what I can put in it! Definitely not sugar!</p></blockquote><p></p>
