Ok so I'm at work about to do insulin for lunch, and iv stupidly forgotten my insulin. How do I deal with this when I'm already hungry.

- At the moment... artex ceilings. Also the concrete patio.
Are you able to excuse yourself for the rest of the day (take the afternoon off sick or something?) and have lunch at home?
Otherwise, I guess have something that you know isn't going to spike you and try to head home early for the day.
