Got all my annual results today and I was a little surprised, Hb1 down from 43 to 40. I thought that I had let my control slip a bit recently, but it seems not. I'm now quite motivated to get below 40 next year. I do still refer to the forum a lot, it is a brilliant resource and motivational tool. I think the key changes to this year have been getting a bit fitter, and sticking to no more than 150g of carbs a day.
