Pleased with blood test results

Well got results of HB test today and am now down to 53 instead of 61! That is after 6 mths. The GP was pleased with me and said whatever I am doing to keep doing! So low carbing a couple of days a week only, missing the Forxigia tablets occasionally, seems to be having a result!
Still appt with Diabetes Nurse next month for check feet, weight etc.

You mean non-diabetic? That would be below 42. Or if you regard prediabetic as not actually diabetic and therefore technically healthy, below 48.

oh my bad. I think I did not understand the term HB. when googled 'HB test', it was showing as Hemoglobin. Apparently OP using HB for HbA1c? I may be wrong totally.
