So distinct clinics for type 1 type 2, education programs all those sorts of things maybe even podiatry facilities so that instead of going to a gp you'd get your prescriptions and diabetes related appointments there.  I just feel that we the patients would receive more productive care in the long term and NHS money would be utilised better?
