I eat salted popcorn. Not much though, only as much as I can fit, comfortably and not dropping any, in the palm of my hand. I've found it doesn't raise my BM, it satisfies a craving, and it keeps me 'regular'. That's the only thing I've noticed after cutting out starchy carbs - constipation. But it just shows what they were doing to my body - chronic diarrhoea. Obviously this is a far better eating plan, and to be honest I don't miss bread - except when my daughter makes toast!! :shock:
