Good morning all my friends I do apologise for asking this question, but I do want to get it right and I am confused,In my bookcounting carbs in porridge the amount is different to what I found when I googles it,please can you tell me which total carbs are correct ,thank you

Google answer

My Book

Hi,

Yer book is closer to the mark.. That was googling & finding 27g sachets of Quaker?? The calorie count was close too! (Though I only take carbs into consideration.)

Lol, someone else will no doubt come along & tell me my math is out.. But that's OK. I don't do breakfast first thing, partly for the reason I'm more creative than "academic" in the mornings...

Hope this helps?!

This may complicate things. This is what CoFID has on porridge, data are per 100g.
