Is coconut porridge OK to have for breakfast do you have it on its own

To quote Nat King Cole: "It's been said many times many ways ..."

We are all different. What suits one person may not suit some one else.
The only way to tell, if certain foods affect your BG, you need to test your BG, eat and then test 2 hours later.

A tried and tested low carb breakfast is eggs and bacon. Or part thereof.. or cold meats or cheese or coffee/tea with cream.

You mean made with coconut flour as opposed to oats? Probably ok. Still some carbs but not too high. I believe @Rachox has a good recipe for one she uses regularly. I have to look it up every time I want it.

As others have said though check each new recipe for your personal reaction.

Either will have to look

Sounds nice will try some
