[QUOTE="Sarahkylie88, post: 1134788, member: 267759"] Hello, I have just done a test and I'm pregnant!! About 5 weeks I think!! Can't believe it has happened so soon!! Only been off contraception 6 weeks!! Especially as I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries before I had my son!! Anyway, I have literally done the test today, I was away last week and wasn't as well behaved as I normally would be... Who can resist a pain of chocolat what on France!!! And to be honest everything on offer was very short acting, there was nothing of any long lasting substance really? My sugars were good most of the time, but my pod came out on the journey there and on the way back!! Being knocked whilst travelling! I had highs after breakfast, but they didn't last long, they had come down 2.5 hours after, just caused a bit of a spike (14-16mmol but then dropped pretty sharpish after).I normally have porridge which keeps me very steady!! I had my suspicions I may have been pregnant, but honestly didn't think it would happen so soon and now I'm a little bit worrried about baby!!! I saw my doctor last week and she said that because my hba1c is well controlled (6.6%) that if I'm a little high a couple of days while away not to worry. I told her and my dsn nurse that I had my suspicions about being pregnant and they said not to think about a test till I got back!! I wish I had done a test before hand!! Just can't believe it!!!
