Type of diabetes

Diagnosed 2 weeks ago T2 took this on the chin. Altered my diet bloods went from 13.2 to 6.4 I'm going to keep this up having played rugby,I've always been physically fit so this came as a shock to me. So all I can say"it is what it is "stay positive be strong.
 
Hi @123tony and welcome to the forum. It's good that you are taking this head on (I would expect a rugby player to do that!).
You have done well already reducing your bs readings. A lot of us on here have found that adopting a Low Carbohydrate High Fat (LCHF) approach to eating has reduced our bs levels.
Have a read around the threads to see how this works and ask any questions you want to, the people on here are friendly and supporive and you will get a lot of good advice.
