It depends what you ate. Carbs, no carbs, fast acting carbs, slower acting carbs, and how much fat. Or combinations of these.
If the meals were low carb and fats, it may show your first response insulin is a bit weak, but if you had carbs it may show normal responses.
Thank you @Bluetit1802 . So is the peak the thing to keep an eye on, whether it appears at, before or after 2 hours?
That’s reassuring, thank you, I have been cutting down a lot on carbs, with some meals as carb free as possible, but still including small amounts of carb-y food at others. I’m hoping that I can continue to have lowish levels of carb without running into trouble!Your levels are normal - I don't think that you need to be at all concerned - it just confirms that if you eat carbs you will see a rise in BG commensurate with the amount eaten.

If your fasting BG and your pre-meal BGs are good (and those 2 you quoted are very good) then something is working as it should, and there is no need for concern. It is when those times start to trend upwards that you may need to tweak things. (And I mean trend - not just an odd blip here and there). I don't test my meals now., although I do use a Libre part time) All I test are my FBG, before evening meal, and bedtimes. As long as those remain good, I am not overly concerned as I am over 5 years along this road.
