I wondered if anyone else has had this problem. Whenever I go for a run, no matter how long, I always end up spiking afterwards. Today I managed to keep my bg at a steady 5-5.5 throughout the entire 30mim run (I have the freestyle libre). When I got home it had dropped to about 4.2 and after 20 minutes my bg had gone up to 9.9. I had 3 units of novo rapid and then 30 minutes later had gone up to 13.6. I can't exactly lower my bg any more when I run, so I'm not really sure how to avoid these spikes. Any help would be appreciated.

I have read that when we have our adrenaline activated the liver gets very active in spitting out sugar-reserves so that we do have enough for an emergency situation.... unfortunately we do not our selv decide when the body chooses the situation is that
