Hello there Sangareddy - The level for diagnosing diabetes is an HbA1c of 6.5, so yours of 7.4 is well into the diabetes range.

have you spoken to your Doctor about things recently? What steps are you currently taking to manage your blood sugars?

(Sorry to ask so many questions.)
 
Hi,

I have met my DR last week and my Hb1ac is 8.8 now. So they started insulin now as my pancreas is not creating insulin now.

I am taking 28 units insulin per day now my fasting Sugar is 144 and post meal is 214 is it normal after taking insulin??
