Hi everyone,

according to my message box there are 4 messages but when I click the envelope there are none have they been deleted or something any help would be gratefully received.

The number of messages is slightly misleading - it's not messages you've received, it's a tally of the posts you have made on the forum.
 
Hi Indy51 thanks very much for your reply. I did post originally 3 or 4 yrs ago but the posts seem to disappear.

I see youre on no meds that's great were you on meds before?
 
If you click on your profile pic, there should be a tab that is labelled "postings" - all the posts you've made should show up there.

I was briefly on low dose metformin but it gave me bleeding gastritis (diagnosed by endoscopy) within 6 months, so I had to stop taking it. I control my BG by a low carb diet.
