Doesn't seem entirely fair that after getting my fasting glucose level down from 13.5 to 7.0 in a month that my beloved "Original Curry" Pot Noodle has this many carbs.
Anyone got any equally feckless snacking suggestions, just for a treat, you understand??

Some great tips here, will give a few a try - cheers. I remember the Pot Noodle "**** snack" ads! My first one was as a student in 1983 ;-)
I'm pretty new to all this, so by would mixed insulin need carby snacks ( sounds like a good excuse to me...) I take two doses a day, 13U each, and around 90g-ish in carbs between each one.
