Hi I'm tina had recent bloods then a message from the doctor saying slightly raised repeat in 6 weeks this could indicate your diabetic this is a minefield to me im feeling overwhelmed
We know exactly how you are feeling but believe me it's not the end of the world.
If you are diagnosed it could be the start of a new healthier you, for many of us it was the motivation we needed to change our lifestyle for the better.
Even if the second test is ok, it sort of means you have dodged the bullet for now. This scare could be just what you needed, forewarned is forearmed as they say.
Hi, I'm Mark.
I've been a member for a while but never used the forums.
I have type 2 diabetes and for the last 4 months have been reducing my weight by alternate day fasting.
I'm at a weight that I'd like to maintain and looking for the best way to do that.
I am considering a low carb diet.

They want everyone on statins, what were your numbers. Never accept, high, raised or good or ok, always ask for the numbers. That is the only way you will really know.
As daft as it sounds, this is probably going to be like winning the lottery where your health is concerned. It takes a scare or diagnosis to make us all take an interest and learn what is actually good for us, rather than what we've been told for years.
