My GP advised me 6 months ago that I had pre-diabetes (results - Haemoglobin A1c level - IFCC standardised (XaPbt) 46 mmol/mol
I bought a home-test glucose tester, and get results of 5.5 to 6.0 each week. How can I compare these results to the A1c results (which I believe are an "average" blood glucose over a three month period prior to testing)? is there a formula? Thanks Brian
