Pre-diabetic symptoms

Hi

Does anyone suffer the symptom of itchy shins? If so, have you found anything that works please? I’ve been through numerous different antihistamines and creams.

Do you take baths or showers? The later are less drying, especially if you use a shower emollient for example Dermol 200 instead of soap or normal shower gel. You can add something like E45 or another Dermol product. Dermol is by no means the only suitable product, it just came up when I Googled for a shower emollient. Antihistamines will only help if you have an allergy going on, and some moisturisers might have ingredients you are sensitive to.
