Hello I'm Samantha I am a pre diabetic last Wednesday I went to hospital for a special test called the glucose tolerance test and I'm waiting for my test results
 
Hi Samantha and welcome to the forum. There is a lot of good advice and support on here. If you are pre-diabetic you should be able to lower your blood glucose levels and avoid becoming diabetic.
