Same here GP said exactly the same thing. I purchased one off Amazon and its been a real help with following a low carb diet, it almost challenges me to get my levels lower than they are .... try as I might cant get below 5.5 in the mornings and generally up over 6 but at least I have a record to report back with if I need to in the future ?
