Hi,
I'm new here but felt like I needed to join after reading a few forums and seeing the support on here.
I was told I had high blood sugar earlier this year, I'm not sure what test I had but she said my result was 43, and that 42 was normal meaning I had Prediabetes. I have made changes to my lifestyle, I joined the gym but really struggling with changing my diet and felt myself giving up, I'm completely terrified as I know I haven't done my best but going into the new year optimistic and ready to make big changes
I'm not sure how long it takes to develop full blown diabetes but I have a blood test this week so fingers crossed but preparing myself either way.
