Hello all, I hope I've posted in the right topic, I just posted elsewhere but realised this might be better. I found out that I might be pregnant and I'm seeing my specialist nurse on Tues. I've been a diabetic since 2014, and my journey with medications and reactions have been very difficult at times. I was due for a insulin challenge test in the next couple of months, but then I just found out about my pregnancy. My current medications: levothyroxine, Tresiba, apida, folic acid, hair skin and nails, and pregnancy vitamins. My HBA1C was 7.5 2 weeks ago (still high), but I have just found out that I might be pregnant, hopefully on Tuesday, I'll get confirmation. They want my levels to be under 7, an hr after eating. I just want to know, if anyone is or has been pregnant and what sorts of foods they have been having to help. Problem is that I am gluten free, dairy free (some foods only), egg free, wheat free. As I have reactions in my oesaphagus, it is currently being looked into, which is why I am restricted with the foods just mentioned. Any help or websites will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Ausasha
