What vitamins are best to take when ttc and eventually pregnancy? Just want to know what vitamins are best to take for trying to conceive and in pregnancy? Should i take the vitamins for ttc now? Or Should i just start taking the pregnancy ones?

I'm not sure about vitamins but as a diabetic you should take a higher dose folic acid than a non-diabetic pre-conception. I was told 500mg daily
