Priming

Back again!!

I had an air bubble in my tubing so I've primed it and got it out, attached pump and I'm away again.

My question is, do I need to give my one unit extra like I did when I put the new cannula and cartridge in?

If you just detached briefly to remove bubble, wouldn't prime again, as the 1 unit your canula holds should be still in there.
